In January of 2024, we discovered a story that has the potential of changing everything about the Wild Bunch, Buch Cassidy, and the western outlaw story. In this video, we give you the clues that you need to find the story for yourself. The story itself is all public domain.
There are a few rules about this treasure hunt though. If you find it, please post "I found it," in the comments. Don't ruin it for anyone else still searching. If you do post specifics, I'll delete your comment.
About the video: We decided to use the "Sunscreen Song" from the 90s a basis for our our outlaw story. We recorded all parts of the song, including the vocals, which are our own. Of course we changed many of the lyrics, but not all of them. The instrumentation is different, the beat is a bit different, but the tone is the same.
When you do find the story, you'll see that its a very serious story about the man who most researchers say is Butch Cassidy, the infamous outlaw. But how could this be? Butch Cassidy went to South America in 1901 or 1902 with Harry Longabaugh, the Sundance Kid, right?? Well, that remains to be seen.
